We live in a time of profound disruption that necessitates new forms of leadership. The emergence of new forms of leading relies on us learning to embody and inhabit new ways of engaging with ourselves, our communities, and our organizations.
We support individuals, teams, and organizations in liberating their innate personal and organizational leadership capabilities through coaching and assessment, organizational consulting, corporate retreats, and equine facilitated coaching and leadership development. We operate in person and virtually out of Boulder CO, across the U.S, and abroad.
Giving Back
We are committed to service towards under-resourced populations, and donate a portion of our profits to our not for profit partner initiative, Bridging Unicorns.
Bridging Unicorns funds rescue and rehabilitation of slaughter-bound horses alongside equine facilitated youth leadership development programs.
