Marriott Referral Instructions and Information

Booking and Commissions Process

  1. When you have an interested visitor, share the brochure and binder, directing them to the pages with discovery experience descriptions/pricing and general services.

  2. If they are interested in learning more and potentially booking a session, you can offer to set up an email between the visitor(s) and Bridgit Wald, the owner of EquusLibere. Bridgit’s email is bridgit@equuslibere.com.

  3. Set up email introducing the visitor and Bridgit, including some context from your discussion with the interested visitor. Invite the visitor to share additional questions about sessions and custom retreats with Bridgit. This email will serve as record of who made the referral and the destination for referral commissions.

  4. Bridgit takes it from there and will CC or BCC Kristine and the referrer on all communications related to booking and pricing agreements. There will not be a CC or BCC for confidential questionnaires sent to clients as part of the session intake process.

  5. Bridgit will track referrer commissions in a google sheets spreadsheet made available to Kristine and all active referrers.

  6. Bridgit will pay total referrer commissions by e-transfer to Kristine by the 31st of every month and Kristine will distribute to referrers.

Commission Structure

For all sessions booked, referrers earn 10% of net profit (revenue minus ranch fees).
*Ranch fees vary based on participant number, revenue, indoor or outdoor reservation, and # horses selected.

Commission breakdown listed below is based on base rates applicable to 1-2 participants. Groups of 3+ have custom rates and 10% commission applies to custom price.

Example Commission Breakdowns:

1.5 Hour Session — $150/pp

$150 revenue (-) $70 ranch fees = $80 net profit
10% net profit = $8 commission for 1 participant & $16 commission for 2 participants

2 Hour Session — $180/pp

$180 revenue (-) $80 ranch fees = $100 net profit
10% net profit = $10 commission for 1 participant & $20 commission for 2 participants

**Discounts are provided for groups of 3+ and 10% commission structure applies to custom price.

Example:
Total cost for 3 participants is discounted to $500 and ranch fees are $100.
$500 revenue (-) $100 ranch fees = $400 net profit
10% net profit = $40 commission

2.5 Hour Session — $210/pp

$210 revenue (-) $90 ranch fees = $120 net profit
10% net profit = $12 commission for 1 participant & $24 commission for 2 participants

3 Hour Custom Retreat — $250/pp

$250 revenue (-) $100 ranch fees = $150 net profit
10% net profit = $15 commission for 1 participant & $30 commission for 2 participants

4 Hour Custom Retreat — $350/pp

$350 revenue (-) $100 ranch fees = $250 net profit
10% net profit = $25 commission for 1 participant & $50 commission for 2 participants
